Office Location: Goregaon East (HO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain attendance and coordinate payroll processing
- Resolve employee queries (salary, attendance, policies)
- Manage exit formalities and Full & Final settlement
- Coordinate with client and internal teams
- Visit Client site if required
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 1-3 years Experience in HR Operations
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good communication
