Job Description
WE have urgent openings for the post of HR Executive.
- Job Location : Andheri West
- Experience : 3 to5 Years.
- Salary : 25000 to 32000 per month.
- Job Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM
- Facility : Have PF & ESIC.
Role & responsibilities
* Conduct joining formalities, documentation & induction.
* HR Operations & Payroll:
* Maintain employee database, attendance, leave management.
* Assist in payroll inputs, PF, ESI, TDS compliance
* Issue letters - Offer, Appointment, Increment, Warning, Relieving.
* Compliance & Policies:
* Ensure compliance with labor laws (Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity).
* Handle audits and statutory filings
* Employee Engagement & Relations:
* Handle grievances, disciplinary actions and employee relations.
* Plan engagement activities, birthdays, R&R, town halls.
* Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlement.
Required Skills:
* Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
* Strong knowledge of HR.
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Ability to handle confidential data.
