We are currently hiring a HR Executive to join our Human Resources team and support the team on HR administration and recruitment,
Job Responsibilities of HR Executive.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening of candidates as per requirements from time to time.
- Actively involved in Daily operations of the HR department.
- Helping out in hiring, training coordination, leave management and other HR activities.
- Onboarding of new joiners including documentation.
- Good knowledge of sourcing candidates and portal usage.
- Involved in making joining/attrition reports , tracking uniform usage and employee data management
Key Requirements
- You have prior experience within HR
- Good knowledge of HR Systems and Recruitment
- People oriented and results driven.
Candidates Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Should have minimum 1year experience in HR
- Strong communication and time management skills
