Housekeeping Staff

We are hiring experienced housekeeping staff for Luma, a premium 7-room boutique resort in Mandwa, Alibaug. Because we provide your stay and food, you will be able to save your entire salary every month.

What you will do:

• Daily cleaning and detailing of 5 luxury pod rooms.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards in guest areas, washrooms, and the restaurant space.
• Managing basic room inventory (towels, linens, toiletries).
• Greeting guests politely and assisting the resort team when needed.

What we offer:

• Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience).
• FREE Accommodation on-site.
• FREE Meals (3 times a day).

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel, resort, or premium hospitality setup.
• Must be willing to shift to Mandwa, Alibaug immediately.
• Hardworking, clean grooming, and a polite attitude.
