Job Title: DSA – Home Loan Mumbai

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid – 2 days/week office visit)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Direct Selling Agents (DSA) for Home Loans who can drive business through strong market connections and sourcing capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid network with builders and existing DSA channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source home loan cases through open market, builder, and DSA networks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate builders and connectors
• Ensure consistent lead generation and file login
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursal

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP sales
• Strong connections with builders and DSA agents
• Proven ability to generate business through own network
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Compensation:

• Salary up to ₹9 LPA
• Attractive incentives based on performance

Target:

• Achieve business target of ₹15 Cr disbursement

Work Model:

• 2 days/week work from office, rest field work
