Designation: Sales Manager/ Sales Officer/ Sales Executive – Home Loans

Department: Sales / Acquisition

Reports To: CEO/ Head of Retail

Type: Full-time, Field Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Source new customers for home loans through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups with builders, property dealers, and real estate agents. (Open Market Sourcing)
• EMI Calculation, and Foyer Knowledge.
• Meet potential clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation of loan files.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
• Experience: 0–3/ 3-5/ 5 -10 years in sales (preferably in financial products, real estate, or banking).

Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

            Understanding of home loan products and processes.

            Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

            Self-motivated and proactive.
