💼 Position: Key Account Manager (Home Loan Sales – Open Market)

📍 Locations: Malad | Thane | Kharghar

⏰ Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Weekly Off

💰 Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA (Up to ₹8 LPA based on interview)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Source Home Loan leads through Builders, Connectors & Small DSAs

* Build strong relationships with Real Estate Builders

* Guide customers in selecting suitable Home Loan options from 60+ Banks & NBFCs

* Manage end-to-end Home Loan process from sourcing to disbursement

* Coordinate with banks for documentation, sanction & disbursement

* Achieve monthly disbursement targets of ₹2 Crore+

* Share daily & monthly performance reports

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

* 1+ Year experience in Open Market Home Loan/LAP Sales

* Experience onboarding Builders, Connectors, DSAs, CAs & Finance Consultants

* Minimum ₹1.5 Crore+ monthly disbursement handled (last 3 months track record preferred)

* Strong market network & builder relationships

* Comfortable working on 0.4% – 0.5% commission model

* Undergraduate / Graduate

* Age: 20–35 Years (up to 40 years based on interview)
