Position: Hardware & Network Engineer
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically skilled Hardware & Network Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in computer hardware, networking, system troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office IT systems, resolving hardware/network issues, and providing technical support to users.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
- Configure routers, switches, access points, IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall/network settings.
- Perform Windows installation, formatting, driver installation, software configuration, and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot desktops/laptops and coordinate hardware repairs or replacements when required.
- Maintain and monitor the office network and ensure stable connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other peripherals.
- Provide technical support to employees for system and network-related issues.
- Maintain records of IT assets, hardware allocation, repairs, warranties, and replacements.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and other IT vendors for technical issues.
- Perform regular system checks, backups, updates, antivirus checks, and preventive maintenance.
- Support new employee system setup, email/software configuration, and IT asset allocation.
