Hardware Engineer

1.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networking devices, and smart classroom equipment.

2.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network-related issues efficiently.

3.Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize system downtime.

4.Install and support Interactive Flat Panels, projectors, printers, and other IT peripherals.

5.Configure LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other networking infrastructure.

6.Handle installation, testing, and maintenance of robotics kits, Arduino boards, and related hardware.

7.Respond promptly to technical support requests and resolve issues within the defined timelines.

8.Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, service visits, and hardware inventory.

9.Coordinate with the Operations and Technical teams for project execution and service scheduling.

10.Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of company hardware and tools.

11.Provide technical assistance and basic training to clients and end users after installation.

12.Follow company SOPs and safety standards during installation and maintenance activities.

13.Travel to client locations for hardware deployment, servicing, and technical support as required.

14.Assist in evaluating new hardware technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.

15.Prepare service reports and submit daily work updates to the reporting manager.
