Hospitality Associate – Premium Coffee Lounge

We are hiring well-groomed and customer-friendly Hospitality Associates for premium coffee lounges located in upscale residential societies and real estate sales lounges across Mumbai.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with guests, maintaining a premium hospitality experience, and serving quality beverages in a professional environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve coffee and beverages to guests in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lounge area
• Welcome and assist residents, visitors, and clients
• Ensure premium service standards and positive guest experience
• Support during meetings, events, and lounge activities

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Well-groomed and presentable personality
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Hospitality, café, retail, hotel, aviation, or customer service background preferred
• Male candidates only
