Job Description
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with entry, registrations, bookings and game card purchases.
- Explain games, attractions, packages, offers and available experiences to guests.
- Guide guests on game rules, usage and safety instructions.
- Ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable and hassle-free experience.
- Actively engage with guests and assist them throughout their visit.
- Handle guest queries, feedback and basic complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the gaming, F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards in the guest areas.
- Support birthday parties, corporate events and other guest activities.
- Promote packages, memberships and additional services wherever relevant.
- Ensure all guests leave with a memorable experience.
