Position SummaryThe Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests by welcoming them, managing reservations, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.

• Manage table reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in special events, VIP guest handling, and promotional activities.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ongoing offers, and restaurant policies.
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report service issues to management.
• Support the restaurant team in delivering excellent customer service standards.
