हम एक आधुनिक मेन्सवियर ब्रांड बना रहे हैं जहाँ फिट, फिनिश और क्वालिटी सबसे बड़ा फ़ोकस है।
यह एक फ़ाउंडर-लेड सेटअप है, जहाँ साफ़-सुथरा काम, भरोसेमंद स्टिचिंग और प्रोफ़ेशनल क्राफ़्ट्समैनशिप को बहुत महत्व दिया जाता है।
हमें एक अनुभवी Gents Tailor चाहिए जो Indian और Western दोनों मेन्सवियर में मजबूत पकड़ रखता हो और जोगेश्वरी वर्कशॉप में काम कर सके।
- 🎯 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Core Responsibilities)A. स्टिचिंग और गारमेंट निर्माण (Primary Stitching Work)इंडियन मेन्सवियर जैसे: कुर्ता, बंदगला, जैकेट आदि की उच्च-गुणवत्ता वाली स्टिचिंग
- वेस्टर्न मेन्सवियर जैसे: शर्ट, ट्राउज़र, को-ऑर्ड्स, जैकेट आदि में प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव
- साफ़ फिनिशिंग, नीट सीम्स और संरचित फिट के साथ गारमेंट तैयार करना
- फ़िट में सुधार, बदलवाओं और क्विक अल्टरशन करना
- लगातार क्वालिटी और रिपीट फिट बनाए रखना
- B. सैंपलिंग और प्रोडक्शन सपोर्टडिज़ाइन रेफ़रेंस के आधार पर सैंपल तैयार करना
- पैटर्न मास्टर (यदि हो) के साथ कोऑर्डिनेशन
- फाइनल फिनिशिंग, बदलवाओं और एडजस्टमेंट का काम
- छोटे बैच प्रोडक्शन में सपोर्ट देना
- C. फ़ैब्रिक और गारमेंट हैंडलिंगकॉटन, लिनेन, ब्लेंड्स और प्रिंटेड फैब्रिक के साथ काम करने की क्षमता
- कपड़े का इस्तेमाल समझदारी से करना और वेस्टेज कम रखना
- नाज़ुक या एम्ब्रॉयडरी वाले पीसेज़ को ध्यान से संभालना
- D. कोऑर्डिनेशन और वर्कफ़्लोडेली टास्क्स का फ़ाउंडर/प्रोडक्शन मैनेजर के साथ कोऑर्डिनेशन
- दिए गए टाइमलाइन पर काम पूरा करना
- वर्कशॉप को साफ़, व्यवस्थित और तैयार रखना
- 🧠 आवश्यक योग्यताएँ (What You Need)कम से कम 3 साल का Gents Tailoring का अनुभव
- मजबूत स्टिचिंग स्किल्स (सबसे ज़रूरी)
- इंडियन + वेस्टर्न दोनों मेन्सवियर का अनुभव
- माप, फिट और फिनिशिंग की अच्छी समझ
- भरोसेमंद, अनुशासित और पेशेवर कार्यशैली
- जोगेश्वरी वर्कशॉप में काम करने की क्षमता अनिवार्य
