Fund Accountant

Job Summary:

The Junior Executive – Fund Accounting & Operations - will assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), supporting daily fund operations, reconciliations. The role offers exposure to end-to-end AIF operations, NAV computation, and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

ü  Fund Accounting Support

ü  Reconciliation & Reporting of Bank, Holdings

ü  Process & Documentation

Key Skills & Competencies:

ü  Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

ü  Good knowledge of investment instruments (equity, debt, units, etc.).

ü  Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools

ü  Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

ü  Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams.

Educational Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com

Experience:

0–1 years of experience in fund accounting, investment operations, or financial accounting

Growth Path:

ü  Opportunity to move to Senior Executive / Analyst role within 1–2 years based on performance and learning.

ü  Exposure to complete AIF operations life cycle — fund setup, accounting, investor servicing, and compliance
