Job Description
We are looking for a professional, presentable, and well-spoken Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our real estate / builder office.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest & Client Greeting: Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and channel partners upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate sales executive or manager.
Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Call Handling: Manage incoming phone calls, answer general inquiries, and route calls to the relevant departments.
Hospitality Coordination: Ensure refreshments (tea, coffee, water) are served promptly to visiting clients and guests.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage meeting room bookings, track site-visit appointments, and maintain visitor logbooks (manual or digital).
Administrative Support: Handle courier movements, incoming/outgoing mail, and assist with basic office administration tasks.
