Franchise Operations Manager

5 years experience in F& B operations with opening of Multiple QSR/ Cafe format in Mumbai and outside Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Franchisee Onboarding & Outlet Setup for major out of Mumbai location
2. Guide franchisees during the café fit-out phase, ensuring brand standards are met.
3. Visit outlet sites for supervision and setup alignment.
4. Train franchise owners and outlet staff based on structured brand training modules.
5. Conduct on-site support visits post-launch to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SOPs.
6. Monitor inventory levels at franchisee outlets and guide them on timely reordering.
7. Assist the franchise acquisition team by arranging tasting sessions for interested prospects.
8. Support other organizational initiatives as and when required by the leadership.
