Food and Beverage Attendant

SERVER — EVERHOME CAFELocation: Bandra West, Mumbai

Reports To: Floor Captain / Assistant Manager / Cafe Manager

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into POS.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Ensure correct table numbers, orders and modifications.
• Maintain assigned tables and service areas throughout the shift.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Ensure tables are stocked with cutlery, napkins, water and condiments.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth and timely service.
• Follow up on pending or delayed orders.
• Assist guests with menu queries and basic recommendations.
• Handle guest requests and escalate complaints to the Floor Captain/Manager.
• Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the floor.
• Follow opening, service and closing procedures.
• Support other sections and team members during busy service.
• Assist with events, private bookings and high-volume operations.
• Maintain proper grooming, uniform and professional conduct at all times.
• Follow Everhome's SOPs, service standards and operational instructions.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline and reliability throughout the employment.
• CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS1–3 years of experience in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Good communication skills and basic English/Hindi.
• Presentable, well-groomed and guest-friendly.
• Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Basic POS knowledge preferred.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and events.
