*Job Summary*

Ecofy Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join its Finance team as Apprentice Trainees under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).

This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are looking to begin their careers in the finance sector and gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional financial services environment.

As part of the NATS apprenticeship program, selected candidates will undergo a 1-year apprenticeship with Ecofy Finance Pvt. Ltd., gaining exposure to finance operations, documentation, reporting, data management, and other relevant business processes.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Assist the Finance team with day-to-day financial and operational activities.

* Support preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

* Assist with data entry, documentation, and verification of financial information.

* Maintain and organize finance-related documents and records.

* Support reconciliation and basic accounting activities as assigned.

* Assist in preparing MIS and other periodic reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams for collecting and validating required information.

* Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation.

* Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

* Learn and develop practical knowledge of finance and financial services operations.

*Candidate Requirements*

* Fresh graduates from B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or other relevant finance/accounting backgrounds are preferred.

* Good understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Candidates must be willing to commit to the full 1-year apprenticeship period under the NATS scheme.

*Stipend Structure*

During the 1-year apprenticeship period, the selected candidate will receive a total monthly stipend of ₹15,000:

₹13,500 – Contribution from Ecofy Finance Pvt. Ltd.

₹1,500 – Government of India contribution under the applicable NATS scheme

Total Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000
