Job Summary:
The person should be highly capable of maintaining a good relationship with the existing customers in their own territory by giving proper technical support and train the customer to utilize the delivered product to the fullest at the same time generate potential leads, make sales and bring in new customers in their appropriate territory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend Service visits on time immediately and support the existing customers in their territory.
- Attend any new product Installation on the territory and train the customer as per the SOP.
- Make Preventive Maintenance Visits and educate customers about the service needed and to avoid any surprise breakdowns.
- Constantly maintain good relationship with the company’s existing customers by visiting all the customers at least once in a month.
- Convince customers to go with the AMC Plan and Maintain a Positive Revenue in the Service Area.
- Submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly Service Reports promptly to the Head office and Customer Satisfaction in their own territory.
Skills Required:
- Should be Graduate and have Strong engineering (Mechanical and Electrical) knowledge to understand the product technicalities to conduct machine maintenance and demo’s.
- Should have good interpersonal skills to easily engage with the customers and maintain good relationships.
- Should be a Constant learner and open to learning new things in Product Technicalities.
- Should have Good Communication Skills in English and their own Territorial language.
- Should be Humble, Patient and Polite in dealing with customers.
