Field Service Engineer - Shiv Saishraddha Services, Kohler Authorized Service Center
Location: Mumbai, Navi mumbai
Company: Kohler India Corp Pvt Ltd.
About the Role:
Kohler India is looking for Field Service Engineers to provide doorstep service and handle customer complaints in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attend customer complaints and provide on-site service at customer doorstep.
2. Installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of Kohler sanitaryware, faucets and fittings.
3. Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
4. Maintain service reports and update complaint status in system
Required Qualifications:
* Education: Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering
* Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
* Skills: Basic technical knowledge, Good communication, Customer handling, 2-wheeler with license preferred
