Field Sales Manager – Food & Beverage

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager from the Food & Beverage industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Identify and onboard new B2B customers, including hotels, cafés, restaurants, and retail partners.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of field sales experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Existing relationships within the HORECA or retail sector will be an added advantage.
