Job Description
Field Sales Manager – Food & Beverage
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager from the Food & Beverage industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Identify and onboard new B2B customers, including hotels, cafés, restaurants, and retail partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of field sales experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.
- Existing relationships within the HORECA or retail sector will be an added advantage.
