Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and aggressive Field Sales Manager to join our fast-growing healthy snacks brand specializing in premium quality makhana products.

The candidate will be responsible for building and managing a field sales team, expanding the retail network, increasing market coverage, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Product: Premium Makhana

Location: Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Greater Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan-Dombivali, Vasai-Virar, Mira-Bhayandar, Bhiwandi-Nizampur, Ulhasnagar, and Panvel)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand retail and wholesale market

- Visit supermarkets, kirana stores, dry fruit shops, and distributors

- Build, train, and manage field sales executives

- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

- Open new distributors and retail counters

- Monitor team performance and daily reporting

- Plan sales routes and market coverage strategies

- Collect market feedback and competitor information

- Ensure repeat orders and strong retailer relationships

Candidate Requirements:

✔ FMCG field sales experience preferred

✔ Team handling experience mandatory

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Target-oriented and aggressive sales mindset

✔ Ability to travel locally for market visits

✔ Retail market knowledge required

✔ Bike and smartphone preferred
