"FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE - B2B, B2C - 

CHENNAI/BANGLORE/COIMBATORE/MUMBAI/PUNE/LUCKNOW"

​​We are looking for energetic and confident Field Sales Representatives to develop our business with schools and educational institutions across Chennai.

You will meet school principals, management and other key decision-makers, introduce our products, build relationships, generate opportunities and close orders.

This is a field sales role. You should enjoy meeting people, travelling within Chennai and developing new business.

​Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Full time), 3 - 4 hours (Part time)Working Days: Monday–SaturdayWeekly Off: SundayLocation: CHENNAI/COIMBATORE/BANGLORE/COCHIN/MUMBAI/PUNE/LUCKNOWSalary: ₹14,000–₹15,000 fixed + Sales Commission + Performance Incentives

Good performers can earn ₹20,000–₹25,000+ per month. (Full time)

Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 fixed + Sales Commission + Performance Incentives

Good performers can earn ₹12,000–₹16,000+ per month. (Part time)

Part time & Full time Field Sales Representatives.​What you will do?

• Visit schools and educational institutions across your assigned area of Chennai.
• Meet principals, school management and other decision-makers.
• Identify new schools and business opportunities.
• Introduce and explain our products.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals and networking.
• Build relationships with schools and follow up regularly.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
• Follow up on interested schools and pending opportunities.
• Negotiate and help close B2B/B2C orders.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Submit daily updates on visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.
• Work closely with our Sales Team Manager, who will guide and support you.
• Achieve assigned sales and activity targets.

 Who we need?We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident and comfortable meeting principals and decision-makers.
• Good at communication, persuasion and relationship building.
• Comfortable with B2B/B2C and field sales.
• Strong in lead generation and follow-up.
• Persistent and able to convert conversations into opportunities and orders.
• Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Self-disciplined and capable of working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to maintain accurate customer information.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp and Google Maps.
• Willing to travel within Chennai for customer visits.

 Language:Tamil + English communication skills preferred.You should be able to communicate confidently and professionally with school principals and management.

Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.

​Important:This is a genuine field-sales position.

You will be expected to visit schools & meet principals, visit hospitals & managing directors, develop relationships and generate business.

This is not a telecalling, desk-sales or work-from-home position.

For full-time employees, working hours are generally 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, with reasonable flexibility when an important customer or principal meeting requires it.
