Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our portfolio of medical devices and disposable surgical products to hospitals, surgical centers, and private clinics. The ideal candidate is a "hunter" who can navigate the complex hospital ecosystem, build long-term relationships with clinical staff, and meet aggressive sales targets.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Sales & Territory Management: Identify and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Clinical Support: Provide on-site technical support and product demonstrations in the Operating Room (OR) or clinical settings to ensure proper use of devices.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital administration/procurement teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Tender & Contract Management: Assist in the preparation of hospital tenders and negotiate contracts with Value Analysis Committees (VACs).
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), providing regular updates on the sales pipeline, lead generation, and territory performance.
  • Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2–5 years of proven experience in medical device field sales (experience with surgical disposables is a significant plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, or a related Bio-Medical field.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Ability to understand and communicate complex medical procedures and technical product specifications.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 70-80% within the assigned territory.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional negotiation and "closing" skills.
  • Strong presentation skills (ability to pitch to a board of doctors).
  • Resilience and the ability to handle long sales cycles.
