Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Marketing Associate located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves conducting market research to identify business opportunities (including influencers), crafting effective marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships with clients, and driving customer acquisition. The B2B Marketing Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to sales growth initiatives, manage marketing projects, and in developing content for campaigns. Post shortlist, client meetings to be arranged and done for end-to-end closure with support.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to identify emerging trends and uncover growth opportunities
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, especially in a B2B environment
• Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns effectively
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus
• Experience in the professional services industry or platform-based services is advantageous
