Field Sales Executive

You stay in the field. The office team fixes the meetings, sends the proposals and does the follow-up; you visit to solve

problems, build the relationship once in two months and close in person when the lane needs a handshake. Your territory is

the plant belts where our Dream Clients sit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Visit prospects and clients on the schedule the S.C plans —

need-analysis meetings, deck showings, plant walks.

Close in person where a visit is what it takes; deliver

proposals by hand, never only on mail.

Solve on-ground problems at client plants with operations and

the branch.

Make the relationship visit every 2–3 months for top accounts;

ask for references face to face.

Photograph the need-analysis template after every meeting

and send it to the S.C the same day.

Hit the weekly meetings, conversion and average-ticket

numbers.

5–8 years in field sales for road transport, logistics or

industrial B2B services.

Comfortable at plant gates and in boardrooms; fluent Hindi,

English; a regional language a plus.

Owns a two-wheeler / car and is willing to travel across

Gujarat, Maharashtra and the South clusters.

Sells the system, not the rate.
