Field Recruiter

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers after account opening, loan disbursement, credit card issuance, or other banking services.
• Collect customer feedback regarding banking products and services.
• Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their service requests and complaints.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, and other channels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up and feedback reports.
• Support customer retention initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.

Assist in identifying service improvement opportunities based on customer feedback.
