Field Officer

Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned sites and ensure smooth service delivery.

Handle client relationships and conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction.

Monitor housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff performance across sites.

Ensure proper manpower deployment and timely replacement of absentee staff.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service quality.

Coordinate with HR for recruitment and onboarding as per site requirements.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Resolve client complaints and operational issues within defined timelines.

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.

Monitor site profitability, operational expenses, and resource utilization.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for operational requirements.

Lead, train, and motivate site teams to achieve operational excellence.
