Job Description

Position - Team Lead

Location - Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Joining Date - 1st July



WHAT THIS ROLE IS

You will be the eyes, ears, and engine of Pronto's operations in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. Your job is to

build a pipeline of house help professionals (called Walkers): find them, pitch to them, get them registered

on the Pronto app, and make sure they complete their first booking.

This is not a desk job. It is not a 9-to-5. Some days will be completely unpredictable. You are expected to

figure things out, not wait for someone to hand you a playbook.

You will be responsible for operations across both Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. This means two operational

zones, double the hustle, and double the impact.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

– Lead and manage a team of Field Executives on the ground

– Plan daily/weekly activity across all zones in your area

– Identify high-potential sourcing locations: residential areas, markets, community centres, religious

places, transit hubs

– Be present in the field: not just managing from a distance

– Ensure every candidate approached is entered into the lead capture form, whether eligible or not

– Coordinate with the backend team for timely follow-up on every lead (within 2 hours of submission)

– Track conversions: from lead to training to first booking

– Set up and manage kiosk/activation days at key locations

– Handle whatever comes up: team issues, location conflicts, low footfall days: without escalating

everything

– Report daily numbers and observations to the Project Manager



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Someone who has worked on the ground: field sales, community outreach, last-mile ops, recruiting,

NGO fieldwork: anything that required moving, talking to people, and getting results

– 1–2 years of field experience preferred; we care more about attitude than certificates

– Graduate preferred, but not mandatory: if you have the hustle, the degree can wait

– Hindi is mandatory. Marathi is a strong plus: you will be working with people from local communities

– You know how Indian cities actually work: not just the fancy parts

– You can manage people without being told how to manage people

– You are comfortable being uncomfortable: new areas, new challenges, no fixed office


WHAT THIS IS NOT

– This is not a corporate role. There is no fixed office.

– This is not a scope-based job. "That wasn't discussed" is not an acceptable response.

– This is not for someone who needs everything defined before they act.
