Field Audit Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled and surprise visits to assigned Flipkart stores.
• Audit store operations related to our scope of work and services.
• Verify that activities execute according to requirements and SOPs.
• Capture observations through photographs and audit reports.
• Share daily/weekly audit findings with management and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with store teams and internal stakeholders for closure of identified issues.
• Track action items and ensure timely resolution of non-compliance points.
• Maintain audit records, visit logs, and performance dashboards.
