Job Opportunity: Factory Manager (Operations & Client Servicing) ⚙️💼
We are looking for a hands-on Factory Manager for our Solenoid Valves manufacturing unit in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
If you can manage a factory floor and handle industrial clients, this role is for you!
What you'll do:
• Lead daily valve production, assembly, and testing.
• Maintain strict quality checks (pressure/leak tests).
• Act as the main contact for B2B clients for order updates and technical queries.
What we need:
• 3–5+ years experience in valve manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience in production planning and inventory control.
