Job Description

  • Handle international customer inquiries and generate export business opportunities.
  • Communicate with overseas clients to understand requirements, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain export leads, customer communications, and updates in CRM on a real-time basis.
  • Coordinate export order execution, including logistics, shipping, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of export documentation and compliance with export regulations.
  • Track shipments, manage customer updates, and resolve queries related to orders, documentation, and delivery.
  • Monitor payment terms and coordinate with accounts for timely follow-ups.

Identify new international markets and customers while maintaining records and providing regular performance reports.
