Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handling RBI escalations through the CMS Portal.
Drafting appropriate and professional replies to RBI complaints.
Updating responses on the RBI CMS portal and ensuring timely case closure.
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer queries related to escalations.
Preparing and submitting responses for cyber-related complaints and cases.
Ensuring all responses comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduate (Mandatory).
Good drafting and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams for timely resolution of cases.
