Job Description – Education Sales Counselor / Inside Sales
We are hiring an Education Sales Counselor for Raising Superstars, an EdTech company focused on early childhood learning.
Responsibilities
Contact parents through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
Understand parents’ requirements and explain suitable programs.
Handle queries and objections and convert leads into customers.
Follow up with interested parents and maintain CRM records.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Upsell/cross-sell relevant programs and products.
Requirements:*
Graduate / HSC passed.
1–3 years of experience in Telesales/Inside Sales preferred.
Excellent English & Hindi communication.
Strong convincing and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Location Santacruz, Mumbai | Timing 10 AM–7 PM | Working 6 days, 1 rotational weekly off(Saturday or Sunday any one )
