E-commerce Operations Executive (Back-Office / Freshers Welcome) --Girls ONLY
Company: Fast-Growing Imitation Jewellery E-commerce Company
Location: Balaji Industrial Estate, Hanuman Nagar, Kandivali East, Mumbai (Candidates within a 3–5 km radius preferred)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Commensurate with skills & qualifications)
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred

We are a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer imitation jewellery brand. We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Back-Office E-commerce Operations Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a computer-literate fresher looking to build a stable career in the booming e-commerce industry with plenty of room for long-term professional growth.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Product Listings: Manage and update daily product listings and catalogs on major online marketplaces (such as Amazon and direct websites).
- Order Processing: Handle back-office e-commerce operations, order tracking, and systematic inventory updates.
- Data Management: Maintain everyday business details accurately using spreadsheets.
🎓 Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate preferred (smart freshers are welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: Sound computer knowledge with good hands-on skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data entry).
- Language Skills: Average English skills (must be able to read, write, and understand standard business text).
- Locality: Candidates residing strictly within a 3 to 5 km radius of Kandivali East (such as Kandivali, Malad East, or Borivali East) to ensure a comfortable daily commute.
