Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

You will manage day-to-day order processing, logistics coordination, inventory accuracy, and customer experience for both D2C & B2B operations .

Day-to-day tasks include overseeing online sales platforms, optimizing product listings, handing inventory and planning, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and providing data-driven insights to enhance performance.

* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and optimize process and inventory levels as needed

. Manage and optimize warehouse operations, and inventory management. 

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.

* Resolve operational issues such as delays, damages, shortages, and discrepancies.

* Experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including logistics, order fulfillment, and payment gateways.

* Optimise email and WhatsApp marketing [flows, automation, retention]

Responsibilities

* check invoices, e-way bills and ensure documentation accuracy.

* Track courier pickups, delivery progress, and handle exceptions (NDRs, RTOs, delays).

* Monitor delivery TATs and escalate SLA breaches.

* Reconcile courier charges and resolve billing disputes.

* Track production timelines, dispatch schedules and Monitor delays. 

* Maintain up-to-date stock levels at warehouse.

* Perform periodic inventory audits and maintain inbound/outbound stock reports.

* Highlight low-stock or production delays proactively

* Respond to customer queries on email, call and WhatsApp with a specified TAT.

• 

Onboarding & Brand Coordination: Share brand details, follow up for brand approvals, and manage agreements.

* Catalogue Management: Handle product listings including images, content, descriptions, and specifications; perform QC checks and activate products.

* Inventory & Pricing: Regularly update inventory and prices to keep platforms on track .

* Content Verification: Review live listings for correct titles, images, features, and descriptions; update required changes manually.

* Promotions & Visuals: Share banners, discounts, and monthly/BAU event offers across marketplaces.

* Packaging & Order Management: Share marketplace-wise packaging requirements

* Reporting & Updates: Maintain a monthly discount sheet (updated every 21st); track inventory movement, sales, and hygiene checks.

* EAN & Product Data Management: Create EANs for combo products and ensure accurate listing data, including HSN codes, care instructions, and images.

* Queries Handling: Product dispatch errors ,Return, exchange, and refund requests, Cancellation requests and order modifications, Escalation and resolution of customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and marketplace support

Experience in operations in e-commerce

* Familiarity with inventory and order management 

* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
