E-Commerce Executive – Listings & Cataloguing

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Location: Marol Andheri East

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings, cataloguing, and day-to-day marketplace operations across major e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa, along with good knowledge of Amazon FBA.

• Key Responsibilities: Create, manage and update product listings and catalogs across:

• Amazon
• Flipkart
• Myntra
• Nykaa
• Other online marketplaces
• Upload product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords, attributes, and pricing.
• Ensure listings follow marketplace cataloguing guidelines and policies.
• Perform product mapping, SKU creation, and catalog management.
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend search terms for better visibility.
• Manage product variations such as size, color, quantity and style.
• Monitor listing errors, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and other catalog issues and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for inventory updates and stock availability.
• Manage and monitor Amazon FBA inventory, shipments, stock levels, and FBA-related issues.
• Coordinate FBA shipments and ensure products are properly prepared for dispatch to Amazon fulfillment centers.
• Monitor marketplace dashboards, orders, returns, cancellations, and inventory.
• Regularly check competitor listings, pricing, and product positioning.
• Maintain accurate marketplace reports and product data.
• Work with the photography/design team to ensure proper product images and creatives are uploaded.
• Ensure all marketplace accounts remain compliant with platform policies.
• Required SkillsHands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Good understanding of Amazon FBA.
• Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra and Nykaa marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce product cataloguing and listing.
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Understanding of SKUs, ASINs, product variations, inventory and marketplace terminology.
• Good written English for preparing product titles and descriptions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and solve listing/catalog issues independently.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate: We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive and willing to learn, with a genuine understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.

Candidates with hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA and multiple marketplaces will be preferred.
