Job Summary:

We are a fast-growing lab-grown diamond jewellery company with 30+ years of retail legacy, running two D2C

e-commerce brands — Sparkles (thesparklesdiamonds.com) and Sparq (sparqdiamonds.com). Our products are

sold across 10+ major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, Ajio, Zepto, Eternz,

and Zilo. We are growing rapidly and looking for a detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to manage our product

listings across all platforms.

Job Resposibilities:

• Upload and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, Ajio, and
• our Shopify websites
• Write and update product titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, and categories per each platform's
• guidelines
• Maintain the master catalogue tracker in Excel — SKU-wise and platform-wise
• Coordinate with the photography/content team to ensure images are uploaded correctly and on time
• Perform regular listing audits — fix errors, suppressed listings, incorrect attributes, and broken images
• Manage variation listings (size, colour, metal type) accurately across platforms
• Track listing health scores and take corrective actions to improve them
• Support end-to-end new product launches — from data entry to going live
• Raise and follow up on listing issues/tickets with marketplace support teams

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce cataloguing or listings
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central — uploading via flat files / inventory templates is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas, data formatting
• Attention to detail — accurate data entry with minimal errors
• Ability to handle multiple SKUs and platforms simultaneously
• Good written English for product descriptions
