About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our complete digital marketing operations, manage a team, and deliver measurable results for clients. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Optimization (SMO), client strategy, and team management.
This is a leadership role responsible for campaign performance, team productivity, client satisfaction, and business growth.
- Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and improve lead quality.
- Generate consistent leads, sales, and conversions for clients.
- 2. Social Media ManagementDevelop social media growth strategies.
- Plan monthly content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors.
- 3. Team ManagementLead and manage:
- SEO Team
- Video Editors
- Graphic Designers
- Content Writers
- Social Media Executives
- Conduct daily review meetings.
- Assign tasks and monitor completion.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all client projects.
- Train and mentor team members.
- 4. Client ManagementUnderstand client goals and business objectives.
- Create marketing strategies tailored to each client.
- Present reports and campaign performance.
- Handle client review meetings.
- Ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- 5. Strategy & PlanningCreate digital marketing roadmaps for clients.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Develop lead generation strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities using AI tools and automation.
- 6. Reporting & AnalyticsTrack KPIs and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Analyze CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
- Present actionable insights to management and clients.
