Job Description

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
  • Work Type: 70% in-store support, 30% local field visits

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktops and laptops.
  • Install Windows OS, drivers, and standard software.
  • Configure LAN, routers, IP addresses, network sharing, and cable crimping.
  • Install and support printers, CCTV, biometric devices,
  • Provide in-store, remote, and on-site customer support
