Job Description
- Deliver pharmaceutical products safely and within committed timelines.
- Handle medicines, including cold-chain products, as per company guidelines.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and obtain proof of delivery.
- Collect payments, if assigned, and submit them as per process.
- Ensure proper handling and security of medicines during transit.
- Maintain delivery records using the company's mobile application/ERP.
- Follow traffic rules, safety standards, and company SOPs at all times.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor immediately.
