Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls from patients regarding blood tests and diagnostic services.
  • Book appointments for blood tests, health check-ups, and other diagnostic investigations.
  • Coordinate home sample collection appointments based on patient preferences and service availability.
  • Provide patients with accurate information regarding test preparation, fasting requirements, appointment timings, and booking procedures, following approved guidelines.
  • Verify patient details, including name, contact number, address, and prescribed tests, before confirming appointments.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required.
  • Coordinate with phlebotomists, logistics teams, diagnostic centres, and internal operations teams to ensure timely sample collection.
  • Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and address scheduling-related queries.
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, booking details, and call dispositions in the designated system or CRM.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for missed appointments, pending bookings, and rescheduled visits.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and handle personal and medical information responsibly.
  • Achieve daily calling, appointment booking, customer satisfaction, and quality targets.
