Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Customer Support (Back-End):

  • Handle daily customer interactions on WhatsApp (both business and online support numbers).
  • Respond to order-related queries, complaints, exchange requests, etc., in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer concerns and ensure smooth resolution.
  • Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and issues.

Social Media Assistance:

  • Monitor and respond to Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments professionally.
  • Forward or escalate issues/queries to relevant team members as needed.
  • Assist the Social Media Manager with any store shoots, content assistance, or creative inputs when required.
  • Be updated on brand campaigns or posts to help manage live interactions smoothl
