The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls. • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. • Provide accurate information regarding services and orders. • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and quality support. • Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.
