Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions to international customers through voice/email/chat support. Assist customers with product, service, billing, and account-related concerns while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow quality standards.
  • Update customer information and interaction details in the system.
  • Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
