Reports To: Operations Manager

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Purpose

Handle customer queries, orders, delivery coordination and complaints while ensuring timely communication, follow-ups and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, orders, requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Quality and Finance for timely resolution.
• Follow up on orders, production status, dispatches and deliveries.
• Track customer complaints and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
• Maintain customer records, order details, follow-ups and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for orders, complaints and follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate communication with customers regarding order and delivery status.
• Maintain a positive customer experience through proper coordination and timely resolution.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic MS Excel and MIS knowledge.
• Good attention to detail and ownership.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher or candidates with relevant experience in Customer Service / Sales Coordination / Order Processing can apply.
• Manufacturing/B2B experience will be an added advantage.
