Job Profile :-

• Assist customers with queries, concerns, and complaints, and provide solutions or suggestions to resolve issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. 

Skills-

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory
• Years of Proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computer systems and Ms. Office software's.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
