We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Shifts: Any US Time Zone

Work Week: Rotating (Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat, Wed–Sun)

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

•Provide Tier 2 customer support across calls, emails, and chats with a strong focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats with accurate case logging

•Support recruitment processes for fresh applicants and rehires

•Guide customers on self‑service portals

•Ensure GDPR‑compliant security verification

•Escalate unresolved issues per defined procedures

•Achieve SLA targets and maintain exceptional call/data quality

•Keep process repositories updated (DTPs, Knowledgebase, SharePoint)

Skills & Knowledge

•Ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred), ERP systems, MS Office

•Strong verbal & written communication skills

•Quick technical learning ability
