Gaming Host (Customer Service Executive)

Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by assisting guests, managing game operations, handling queries, and ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging gaming environment.


Welcome and assist guests, ensuring an exceptional gaming experience.

Explain game rules, offers, and activities to guests.

Manage guests queries, bookings, and issue resolution.

Maintain a fun, engaging, and guest-friendly environment.

Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth gameplay and event execution.

Promote gaming packages, memberships, and ongoing offers.
