Job Description:


We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the ICICI Bank Process at Athena BPO.


• Handle customer calls and queries

• Provide information and resolve customer issues

• Assist customers with banking-related services

• Maintain customer details in the system/CRM

• Good communication and basic computer skills required


Qualification: HSC Pass & Above

Working: 6 Days + Fixed Week Off

Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
